The War Doctor was really amazing. He wasn’t bad or evil at all. He wanted to do what he had to do, not by choice but just because he had to, with regrets. And finally, he saved Gallifrey rather than just destroying it. And the Doctor hated himself for 400 years just because he didn’t remember anything…
